Part Time Customer Service Representative
Reports to:                            Customer Service Manager
 
 
Purpose of Position: To provide exemplary Customer Service by following Company’s processes and procedures to ensure efficient processing of POS transactions in order to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
 
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good alpha-numeric data entry skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of point of sale process, including cash handling
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed customer needs
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
